Last year, we started a revolution and became the agency that pays the day after the invoice is raised. This has been extremely popular with our models and also our clients, some of whom are also freelancers.

BENEFITS TO OUR MODELS...

The most common issue for models, actors, or any freelancer, is getting paid on time. When you don’t know how long a client is going to take to pay your agency and then having to wait for that to be processed and paid out to you when you have your own bills to pay, can make managing your cashflow a stressful situation. 

At Sandra Reynolds, we believe you should be paid as soon as possible after you have completed the job and we don’t want our models and actors to have to wait for payment. In light of this, we launched our ‘Pay Next Day’ scheme for eligible models. We take all the risk away for you and pay you the next working day after the invoice is raised and approved.

The Pay Next Day scheme ensures our eligible models and actors no longer have to wait to be paid and know that any job they do through Sandra Reynolds will be paid, without delay, no matter how long the client takes to pay us.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We believe all of our models and actors should be paid as quickly as possible after they do a job through us. So for all eligible 'Pay Next Day' models and actors, payment will be made to them the next working day after the invoice is raised. The reason we have to wait until the invoice is raised is because, before we can raise the invoice for a job, we have to make sure we have the correct purchase order from the client and expenses and any overtime from the model, which also has to be approved by the client.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE? 

To be eligible to join ‘Pay Next Day’, you must have been with Sandra Reynolds for at least six months and have accrued earnings of at least £1000 net, after commission. 

Once this criterion has been met, you will receive a notification to log in to your account and activate this.  Once activated, any subsequent jobs you are booked on will be paid without delay.

WHEN WILL IT START? 

Once you have activated this, it will apply to bookings confirmed from the following day.

CLIENT BENEFITS

On most jobs, the person booking you is not the person responsible for you being paid and they have no control over this.  It can be embarrassing for them if they work with you on any future jobs and find out you have still not been paid for a job they booked you on a while ago.  With 'Pay Next Day', a client can relax in the knowledge that models or actors they book through Sandra Reynolds will be paid quickly, even if the agency has not been.

FAQ’S

CAN I BECOME ELIGIBLE AT ANY TIME?
Yes, you can and you do not need to do anything. Each month, we add new models and actors that have become eligible. You will receive a notification to activate this via your account and, once activated, this will take effect from the following day.

DOES IT APPLY TO USAGE AND BUYOUT?
If the usage or buyout is confirmed within the fee then yes. However, if the usage is only to be paid if you are featured in the final edit then this will not be included in the first invoice with the studio fee. As soon as usages and buyouts are confirmed and authorised by the client and the invoice is raised by us, you will be paid.

WHY CAN'T I BE PAID THE DAY AFTER THE JOB?
Unfortunately, as much as we would always like to be able to pay you the day after the job, this is not possible due to information such as travel expenses and overtime needing to be obtained and authorised by the client before we can raise our invoice. Also, many clients only send us their Purchase Order once the job is completed and will not accept an invoice from us until this is issued.

ARE FAMILIES INCLUDED AS ELIGIBLE?
Yes, once a family have been registered with us for six months and have earned over £1000, they also become eligible for this scheme. 

IF THE JOB IS OVER MULTIPLE DAYS, WHEN WILL I BE PAID?
The invoice will be raised after the last day of the job and you will then be paid on the next working day.

WILL THIS COST ME ANYTHING?
No.  There will be no change to the amount you will receive, you will just receive it sooner.

DO I NEED TO BE EXCLUSIVE TO SANDRA REYNOLDS?
No. We want you to book jobs through us because you enjoy working with us and trust us to always work in your best interests, not because you are tied to a contract which prevents you from working with anyone else. We will work as hard as we can for you to book you as many great jobs as we can so you think of us as your preferred agency, however we will still be happy for you to work with one or two other good agencies. 

CAN I PUT DIRECT JOBS THROUGH YOU AND STILL GET PAID STRAIGHT AWAY?
Yes, please do. For any jobs you refer to us that you would normally do direct, not only will we negotiate terms and pay you quickly, but we will also only take 20% commission.

DO I NEED TO PROMOTE YOU AS MY AGENCY?
Yes. We ask that you put a link at the top of your Instagram page and on your email footer stating that you are represented by us. As an added incentive, once you are eligible, we will waive your publicity fee for as long as you promote us in this way.
