This week on the blog, we are meeting the team at Sandra Reynolds behind everything digital, social and new faces recruitment! Our digital team work on everything from the SR website to social media, newsletters and everything in between keeping our models and clients up to date and in the know with everything SR related! So, if you're wondering what it's like working on digital and social at Sandra Reynolds or want to get to know more about our team keep reading... 

Josh won us over with his creative flair in design and came to work for SR in 2013 having graduated from the University of Derby. As the beating heart of the digital team, Josh keeps us up to date with the current design trends, SEO strategies and makes sure our websites are always updated and visually enticing. For his sins, he is also in charge of everything electronic - especially if it is not working (sorry Josh!) He loves the creative control he has at SR which he says is a perfect mix of creativity and statistics.

He loves travelling the world with his wife Kelly and he can run 100 metres in under 11.5 seconds, which we are sure he feels like doing every time one of us tells him our computer is broken...again! His favourite thing to do outside of work is support his team (Norwich City) at Carrow Road, and says he couldn't live without his family, podcasts, exercise and hot chocolate!

Meet Charlotte! Charlotte's role is to make sure that all social media channels, newsletters and SR comms are engaging, on-brand and looking lovely, keeping all of our models & clients up to date, she'll also be over here on the blog writing top tips and introducing you to our brilliant new faces so be sure to check back soon! With her own clothing label 'The Lord Label' Charlotte knows the importance of building and maintaining strong branding and engaging marketing strategies so she is the perfect fit for the role.

Charlotte tells us that fashion is her biggest inspiration, her favourite time of year is London Fashion Week when she can admire all the incredible street style looks the event brings to London. There is always lots of fashion inspiration in the city, an amazing place to be for keeping your creative juices flowing. Keeping on the fashion theme, Charlottes fave film is The Devil Wears Prada which is of course iconic (and we recently learnt Anne Hathaway was 9th choice to play Andrea Sachs - crazy!). And finally, like most of us here in the office, Charlotte is most happy when she takes her first sip of coffee in the morning. We are so pleased to also have Lily on the design & digital team. Lily joined us from Arts University - NUA, where she studied Graphic Design and was awarded a D&AD pencil! A girl after our own heart, she couldn't live without tea & biscuits and is happiest with friends or her boyfriend, on holiday, in the sunshine. Lily loves to relax by going for long walks and reading, she is currently working her way through The Midnight Library by Matt Haig and the most recent Game of Thrones book in the series.

In the studio, Lily loves that no two days are the same, and she is constantly learning new skills working alongside the design team. It's always a busy day in the design room but visits from the studio dogs make the days so much fun and full of lots of puppy cuddles!

And moving on to our New Faces Desk, the dream team is Katie and Amie! Katie has worked at SR for over 13 years in various roles, taking two career breaks to have her two children. Katie originally joined Emma and Maria on the booking desk back in 2007, she started out as a Junior Booker and Studio Manager where she also developed her newly qualified make-up and styling skills. She is now an established make-up artist working on commercial briefs with some of our great models and actors, as well as private bridal clients in her spare time. 

Katie rejoined the team in 2020 and now works on our New Faces recruitment desk with new team member Amie. Processing hundreds of applications every week, our recruitment duo work tirelessly to find fabulous new faces and undiscovered talent as well as established artists and work with them in our in-house studios... With so much experience here at SR, Katie knows exactly what we are looking for and has worked to make sure we represent diverse and relevant talent across all divisions.

In her spare time, you'll find Katie relaxing with her friends and family, hopefully at the beach! In the winter months, she is happiest watching films and eating sweet treats. Katie says her proudest achievement is her two gorgeous daughters and is at her absolute happiest going on adventures and holidays with her family. She tells us that she is bossy, but we like to think of her in a way she does the women she's inspired by - strong and independent, just like her Mum!

Joining the SR team as office Apprentice in Summer 2021, Amie is working alongside Katie on the New Faces desk working through the hundreds of applications we receive each week. In charge of editing and managing all imagery, Amie's day is filled with sending lots of emails and keeping all-new images up to date. Her favourite thing about her job is that she gets to work with lots of different people on a daily basis.

Amie says that it's her friends and family that inspires her most and she couldn't live without them... as well as her kitten and Wetherspoons!

If you join us on one of our photoshoot days for updates or casting shots, you will meet Lily! Lily's role as New Faces Photographer is to take all of the new casting shots and updates of our models, actors and juniors when they begin on the books. 

Lily's favourite fashion store is Asos, she is at her happiest when she is reading or listening to music and she says that the best thing about her job is interacting with such interesting people and creating creative imagery.
