Sandra Reynolds is a family run business and Tessa took over the running of the agency 20 years ago. As Managing Owner she is responsible for overseeing everything and everyone! With an in depth knowledge of the modelling world and the casting business, Tessa makes daily decisions that influence the success of the agency and its models.:
It wasn’t always a world of clean cut modelling for Tessa and before she took over the ‘reins’ of the business, she spent her teens riding horses and show-jumping professionally. It’s no surprise then that her hidden talents include the ability to perform circus tricks on horses!:
When she’s not working in the office Tessa can be found….working at home! She’s well known for her constant inability to sit still and is always in work mode. She loves to travel with her family and always has a well-deserved holiday in the pipe-line, however even with the help of an enjoyable glass of white wine; she never quite manages to grasp the ultimate point of a holiday…to relax!:
Inspired by fairness and integrity and with a constant passion for work and achievement, Tessa has developed the agency into a thriving commercial business and hopes that it can bring success and enjoyment for everyone involved.:
Emma is described by Tessa as “the heartbeat of the business”. Now in her 14th year with the company, she is head of the production department, working closely with her clients on stills and events production.:
Starting out her career at a TV Production company, she learnt the basics as an office manager and PA. Her step into modelling saw her quickly rise through the ranks to take on the role of Head Booker at the agency. With a boundless knowledge of the business, a friendly and confident approach to clients and an obscure ability to remember endless lists of phone numbers, it’s no wonder we’ve held onto her for so long!:
Emma is well known for being clumsy & the Sandra Reynolds office has had its fair share of broken chairs through the years! Her ability to talk…at length…has always got her into trouble, but together with an addiction to Cava, Pro Plus & Haribo we think she is the perfect companion to any night out!:
Becoming a mother is Emma’s proudest achievement, but she also has high hopes for the future of Norfolk production and won’t rest until we are the first point of call for all creative clients shooting in Norfolk. Go Emma!:
As our Head booker for stills, Jessica is constantly on the phone with both clients and models consecutively. Managing and co-ordinating photographic shoots for some of our biggest clients, Jessica has a reputation for ‘getting the job done’ and has successfully established herself within the Sandra Reynolds team.:
Jessica always strives to be the best she can be she can be and constantly provides a high level of service and friendliness to all our models and clients and a happy, cheerful disposition to all her team mates. With music as one of her main inspirations in life, it’s no surprise that her hidden talents include playing the clarinet, saxophone, violin and piano! Greedy!:
Always the mischievous prankster of the office, Jessica loves the infectious sound of people laughing and if the world were to end tomorrow she would love nothing more than to drive to the beach, set up a campfire and reminisce with friends and family about all the fun times they’ve had. This would undoubtedly include her travels around Asia and her unusual ‘talent’ to see her heartbeat through her stomach!:
When she’s not singing along to her favourite tracks on the radio, or gossiping over the latest Hollywood scandal, Phoebe is diligently working with clients to secure bookings for all our actors and presenters. As one of our Head bookers Phoebe is responsible for organising castings based on Film and Television briefs that constantly pour into the office.

The soundtrack of her life is full of upbeat classics including “Footloose” and “You don’t have to take your clothes off”... you can imagine the calibre of our staff parties! However, along with her performing side, Phoebe also has a soft side and loves nothing more than spending time with family and friends and snuggling up with her partner.

With a BA Hons degree in Drama and Performance, specialising in directing and casting, her love for acting and the performing arts fuels her passion for her job. Her ability to be the perfect host means that every actor and client is welcomed into the Sandra Reynolds family with great enthusiasm.:
Maria is a long established member of the Sandra Reynolds team and has been heading up the Junior Division of the agency with great success. She has established a strong relationship with parents, clients and council officials across the country, which all helps in the task of casting and licensing children for both photographic and television shoots.

Previously an air hostess for Japan Airlines, Maria is no stranger to the world of travelling and has indulged in her fair share of partying and shopping around the world! However, her proudest achievement is being a mummy and although she is now more ‘grounded’, in 10 years time she hopes to be able to share her travelling experiences with little Noah by indulging in endless holidays.

Maria’s goal for the future is to keep expanding our junior division until we are providing ALL junior models for ALL shoots around the country...aim high, that’s what we say!:
As Tessa’s P.A, Katie has the ever demanding task of the day to day running of the office. Along with her skills of organising test shoots for our new faces, organising the diaries for our bookers, and keeping up to date with all our current models and clients, Katie can also do the splits!:
Katie’s proudest achievement yet…..renovating an old cottage with her fiancé. Inspired by the creativity of her mum and a fascination for vintage interior design, she now has her dream home in which to indulge in her favourite pastime of watching films and eating sweets. On special occasions she treats herself to an undisclosed amount of Oreos!:
As a long standing member of the team, Katie is a fountain of knowledge for all queries that pass through the agency and her long term goal for Sandra Reynolds is to continue to create loyal working relationships with all our models…Just don’t ask her how many times she’s had Plastic Surgery!:
With an impressive background as a Producer in television, Carrie brings her invaluable knowledge to the production team and is responsible for building relationships with TV and film clients and providing them with a production management service for all their filming needs.

Carrie has successfully taken on many roles within the world of Television Production ranging from Production Co-ordinator, to live Gallery Producer and is a licensed child chaperone. Having worked for NBC Sports during the Olympics she also has experience within Production logistics and operations.

Carrie loves nothing more than to spend her free days indulging in her biggest addictions: baking egg free cakes, cleaning anything in sight and buying different types of storage boxes to organise things into! Carrie also puts her free time to good use as a volunteer Girl Guide leader and her proudest achievement is travelling the world with only a limited supply of cleaning products!:
With a rich background of experience in the photographic world, Becky brings a substantial amount of knowledge to the team. Focusing on the production of photographic stills and commercials, she works closely with clients to deliver all their production needs and ultimately bring great brands and campaign shoots to Norfolk.:
Becky’s career includes enviable positions including bookings editor for Red Magazine, photographer’s agent and senior producer at a design agency. Her hidden talents have led her to a successful 10 years as a competitive trampolinist and in the 80’s she was a Thomas Burberry girl!:
As a mum, Becky loves the sound of her daughter’s laughter and the relaxing sound of waves lapping along the shore. However life wasn’t always this tranquil and Becky has in the past found herself partying with Mickey Rourke and going on a blind date with Andrew Ridgeley of ‘Wham’ fame!:
Pat is no stranger to the world of accounting and has a vast history of working in both book keeping and office management. As our in-house book-keeper her role includes the smooth day to day running of all Sandra Reynolds accounts and all accounting queries from both models and clients.:
Pat’s background in accountancy spans a long and loyal career in a range of industries including 10 years in travel and 25 years in fitted furniture. Sandra Reynolds brings Pat her first role within the world of modelling and although she admits that she would panic if the world was ending tomorrow, she has brought nothing but calm and serenity to the Sandra Reynolds office.:
With her determination to learn new skills and her cooking ALWAYS appreciated in the office, Pat hopes to continue using her talents within the agency until she retires…now that’s what we call dedicated!:
