Managing Director (joined 1992)
Sandra Reynolds is a family run business and Tessa joined in 1992 as an office junior. She took over the running of the agency 15 years ago and as Managing Director she is responsible for overseeing everything and everyone, ensuring all of us are happy and productive! With an in depth knowledge of the industry, Tessa makes daily decisions that influence the success of the agency and its models.
It wasn’t always a world of clean cut modelling for Tessa and before she took over the ‘reins’ of the business, she spent her teens riding horses and show-jumping professionally. It’s no surprise then that her hidden talents include the ability to perform circus tricks on horses!
When she’s not working in the office Tessa can be found….working at home! She’s well known for her constant inability to sit still and is always in work mode.:
She loves to travel with her family and always has a well-deserved holiday in the pipe-line, however even with the help of an enjoyable glass of white she doesn't seem to grasp the point of it.... to relax!:
Head Booker (joined 2011)
As our Head booker, Jessica manages the booking desk and is constantly on the phone with both clients and models consecutively. Managing and co-ordinating shoots for some of our biggest clients, Jessica has a reputation for ‘getting the job done’ and has successfully established herself within the Sandra Reynolds team.:
Jessica always strives to be the best she can be she can be and constantly provides a high level of service and friendliness to all our models and clients and a happy, cheerful disposition to all her team mates. With music as one of her main inspirations in life, it’s no surprise that her hidden talents include playing the clarinet, saxophone, violin and piano! Greedy!:
Always the mischievous prankster of the office, Jessica loves the infectious sound of people laughing and if the world were to end tomorrow she would love nothing more than to drive to the beach, set up a campfire and reminisce with friends and family about all the fun times they’ve had. This would undoubtedly include her travels around Asia and her unusual ‘talent’ to see her heartbeat through her stomach!:
Booker - Actors (joined 2012)
Initially starting her time with us as an intern, she quickly moved into a part time admin position while still studying at NUA. As a fashion photography student we soon spotted her talent for taking photos & put her to good use taking casting shots of all our models, actors & children! Since graduating Jessie has become an indispensable full-time member of the booking desk.
Outside of work Jessie likes to take full advantage of the British seasons by spending her summer days relaxing in a pub garden with friends; trawling around bargain boot sales in the autumn to feed her shopping addiction, and snuggling up in bed to watch a film during the cold winter months.:
Booker - Juniors (joined 2004)
Maria is a long established member of the Sandra Reynolds team and has been heading up the Junior Division of the agency with great success. She has established a strong relationship with parents, clients and council officials across the country, which all helps in the task of casting and licensing children for both photographic and television shoots.
Previously an air hostess for Japan Airlines, Maria is no stranger to the world of travelling and has indulged in her fair share of partying and shopping around the world! However, her proudest achievement is being a mummy and although she is now more ‘grounded’, in 10 years time she hopes to be able to share her travelling experiences with little Noah by indulging in endless holidays.
Maria’s goal for the future is to keep expanding our junior division until we are providing ALL junior models for ALL shoots around the country...aim high, that’s what we say!:
Booker - Juniors (joined 2003)
Tamsyn first came to the agency in her 20’s as a full time model. Showing a talent for styling coupled with her experience in front of the camera she quickly became a booker for the stills division. In 2003 she took some time to be a full time mum of two - during which time she began her own vintage hand painted furniture business.
With experience from both sides of the camera, Tamsyn is a valuable person to have aboard the team, so it was no surprise when, at the end of 2013, Tamsyn came back to the agency as a new faces booker. She has since taken on the role of junior’s booker, working with Maria and Fiona on expanding our already established junior division.
Her talents don’t stop at work though. Whilst half way through refurbishing her home, Tamsyn allows the world to see her interior design skills through her popular on-line blog.:
New Faces (joined 2014)
Christa has been a model with Sandra Reynolds Agency for nearly 30 years, which makes her invaluable at providing advice and guidance to all our models and clients. Not only that, but Christa also has 25 years’ experience within the beauty industry working for Estee Lauder and Crème De La Mer, and as a proud mother and grandmother (we couldn't believe it either – she has 3 grandchildren!!), Christa is in her element within the world of modelling and production!
Taking over the recruitment of new faces, Christa ensures that our selection of models, actors and juniors remains fresh and relevant for the commercial market.
Outside of work, Christa enjoys dabbling in interior design and gardening so it isn't a surprise to find her garage is full of power tools - or that she has an HGV licence! When she’s not wielding a glue-gun or strimmer Christa is a keen walker and loves spending her holidays walking the North Norfolk coast or Lake District.:
New Faces (joined 2014)
After graduating from the prestigious NUA with a number of awards to her name and a first in her photography degree, Emma featured in ‘Professional Photographer’ magazine as ‘one to watch’! Not surprisingly, we snapped her up as our in-house casting photographer and she has continued to wow us by putting her impressive skills into action across a varied range of projects.
Since travelling to Stockholm Emma has been hugely inspired by Scandinavian design, from fashion to lifestyle and interiors. She has a keen eye for shapes and simple clean lines and this is very apparent in her work.
Emma’s talents don’t stop at photography…she is also a fully trained hairdresser (great for our nights out!) and has a hidden ability for running; recently running her first 10k race in 42 minutes and finishing 3rd! She wasn’t always so good on her feet though. As a child she was always falling into the village pond, which makes us wonder if we should put her in a high visibility vest on shoots...?:
Website & Design (joined 2013)
Josh keeps us up to date with the current design trends and makes sure our website is always updated and visually enticing. For his sins, he is also in charge of everything electronic - especially if it is not working. His hidden talent is the fact that he can run 100 meters in under 11.5 seconds and we are sure he frequently feels like doing this every time one of us tells him our computer is broken!
Josh would like to inspire the next generation of designers/artists through his own work in the next 10 years. His favourite thing to do outside work is play 5-a-side football, which helps him feel manly after being surrounded by an office of over-excited girls all day!
With Hip Hop being his favourite genre of music, you can offer hear him quietly singing along to Kanye West, Jay-Z or Macklemore.:
Accountant (joined 2014)
As Company Accountant, Alex gets the fun job of playing with numbers all day. She has a wealth of experience in finance and spent 23 years at Lotus Engineering before moving onto prestigious jewellers, Winsor Bishop.
When not in the office she is working hard on property development and building work. Thankfully she’s a natural with both numbers and property, however the same cannot be said of her cooking skills. Even after attending catering school, Alex herself admits that she just can’t get the hang of it!
In her spare time (we don’t know where she finds it from either!), Alex is a Ski instructor, a rower for NRC and a keen cyclist. Her addiction to champagne means she fits into the SR team exceptionally well and hopefully we’ll hear the story of why she has no bone in her nose next time she’s tipsy!:
Producer (joined 1999)
With over 15 years experience working with Tessa, Emma is now head producer, working closely with her clients on stills and events production.
Starting out her career at a TV Production company, she learnt the basics as an office manager and PA. Her step into modelling saw her quickly rise through the ranks to take on the role of Head Booker at Sandra Reynolds Agency. With a boundless knowledge of the business, a friendly and confident approach to clients and an obscure ability to remember endless lists of phone numbers, it’s no wonder we’ve held onto her for so long!
Becoming a mother is Emma’s proudest achievement, but she also has high hopes for the future of Norfolk Production and won’t rest until we are the first point of call for all creative clients shooting in Norfolk. Go Emma!:
Booker - Stills (joined 2015)
As a stills booker working with Jess, Olivia has the difficult but rewarding job of choosing the right models to fit a client’s brief. She works on building great relationships with clients and providing the best possible service to both clients and models.
The sound of people laughing is what she loves the most, followed by chocolate and hot men (preferably together!). Sometimes mistaken for Mia Wallace in Pulp Fiction (it’s the hair), she has a bad habit of talking too much and interrupting when she gets excited about something.
Moving out of home was the proudest moment in Olivia’s life and she is inspired by her Nana who she says “makes the best pies”. Her hidden talent is being able to touch her nose with her tongue and she wants to be happy, healthy and “still dancing around like a lunatic to Donna Summer and Chaka Khan” when she is old!
