We're very proud of our lovely team of bookers and office staff, and all the great work that they do. Click on a member on the team of the to find out who they are and how they help you!
Managing Director (joined 1992)
Sandra Reynolds is a family run business and Tessa joined in 1992 as an office junior. She took over the running of the agency almost 20 years ago and as Managing Director she is responsible for overseeing everything and everyone, ensuring all of us are happy and productive! With an in depth knowledge of the industry, Tessa makes daily decisions that influence the success of the agency and its models.
Just like any other mum though, Tessa describes her morning as “completely frantic with lots of shouting, shrieking and looking for things that should have been put in school bags the night before”. As a special treat she likes to grab a skinny latte en-route to the office, but said if she was on death row her final meal would be a bottle of chilled Pouilly Fume and a fag!! How utterly fabulous dah-ling!:
Head Booker (joined 2011)
As our Head booker, Jessica manages the booking desk and is constantly on the phone with both clients and models. Managing and co-ordinating shoots for some of our biggest clients all over the world, Jessica has a reputation for ‘getting the job done’ and has successfully established herself within the industry. She strives to be the best she can be she can be and insists her booking team provide the highest level of service and friendliness.
Always the mischievous prankster of the office, Jessica loves the infectious sound of people laughing, which undoubtable explains her perfected pirate impressions ‘A-har Me Hearties!!’.:
Booker - Actors (joined 2012)
Initially starting her time with us as an intern having graduated from NUA, Jessie quickly moved through the ranks to become a valuable full-time member of the booking desk looking after our actors & presenters.
Jessie loves to go abroad and says she misses big group holidays to exotic countries with her family. No wonder she said she’d want her Mum with her if she got stranded on a desert island! Awwww!:
Booker - Juniors (joined 2004)
Maria is a long established member of the Sandra Reynolds team and has been heading up the Junior Division of the agency with great success. She has established a strong relationship with parents, clients and council officials across the country, which all helps in the task of casting and licensing children for both photographic and television shoots.
Previously an air hostess for Japan Airlines, Maria is no stranger to the world of travelling and has indulged in her fair share of partying and shopping around the world! However, her proudest achievement is being a mummy and although she is now more ‘grounded’, in 10 years time she hopes to be able to share her travelling experiences with little Noah by indulging in endless holidays. Although she admits that if Jurassic Park were real, there is absolutely no chance she would attend, No Way!:
New Faces (joined 2014)
Christa has been a model with Sandra Reynolds Agency for nearly 30 years, which makes her invaluable at providing advice and guidance to all our models and clients. Not only that, but Christa has 25 years’ experience within the beauty industry working for Estee Lauder and Crème De La Mer, and to top it off is a proud mother AND grandmother (we couldn't believe it either!!) If she had one day left to do what she enjoyed, Christa said she would spend it in the Lake District with her entire family.
Looking after the recruitment of new faces, Christa ensures that our selection of models, actors and juniors remains fresh and relevant for the commercial market.:
New Faces (joined 2014)
After graduating from the prestigious NUA with a number of awards to her name and a first in her photography degree, Emma featured in ‘Professional Photographer’ magazine as ‘one to watch’! Not surprisingly, we snapped her up as our in-house casting photographer and she has continued to wow us by putting her impressive skills into action across a varied range of projects.
Emma is a keen traveller and since visiting Stockholm has been hugely inspired by Scandinavian design, from fashion to lifestyle and interiors. She has a keen eye for shapes and simple clean lines which is very apparent in her work. Chilling at the coast listening to music, with close family and friends are her ideal ways to spend free time.:
Website & Design (joined 2013)
Josh keeps us up to date with the current design trends and makes sure our website is always updated and visually enticing. For his sins, he is also in charge of everything electronic - especially if it is not working! His hidden talent is the fact that he can run 100 meters in under 11.5 seconds which we are sure he frequently feels like doing, every time one of us tells him our computer is broken…again! With Hip Hop being his favourite genre of music, you can often hear him quietly singing along to Kanye West, Jay-Z or Macklemore.
His favourite thing to do outside work is play 5-a-side football, which helps him feel manly after being surrounded by an office full of over-excited girls.:
Accountant (joined 2014)
As Company Accountant, Alex gets the fun job of playing with numbers all day. She has a wealth of experience in finance and spent 23 years at Lotus Engineering before moving onto prestigious jewellers, Winsor Bishop. Her addiction to champagne means she fits into the SR team exceptionally well!
Alex told us that one of the main things she misses from her childhood is the 6-7 weeks off to play...it’s no surprise that ‘Active-Alex’ spends her spare time as a ski instructor, a rower for NRC AND she’s a keen cyclist (we’re exhausted just thinking about it!). What a busy bee!:
Producer (joined 1999)
With over 16 years’ experience booking and producing, Emma has recently taken on the role as Client Account Manager, meaning she is constantly busy networking and working on agency events. Starting out her career at a TV Production company, she learnt the basics as an office manager and PA. Her step into modelling saw her quickly rise through the ranks to take on the role of Head Booker at Sandra Reynolds Agency for over a decade.
Becoming a mother is Emma’s proudest achievement, and she recently returned to the agency following the birth of her 2nd child. Luckily she has an obscure ability to remember endless lists of information! With this dedication and enthusiasm for the industry, it’s no wonder we have held onto her for so long!:
Booker - Stills (joined 2015)
As a stills booker working alongside Jessica and Sophie, Olivia has the difficult but rewarding job of choosing the right models to fit a client’s brief. She works on building great relationships with her team and providing the best possible service to both clients and models.
The sound of people laughing is what she loves the most, followed by chocolate and hot men (preferably together!). With her strong resemblance to Mia Wallace in Pulp Fiction (it’s the hair), she has a bad habit of talking too much and interrupting when she gets excited about something.
Moving out of home was the proudest moment in Olivia’s life and she is inspired by her Nana who she says “makes the best pies”. Her hidden talent is being able to touch her nose with her tongue and she wants to be happy, healthy and “still dancing around like a lunatic to Donna Summer and Chaka Khan” when she is old!:
Social Media (joined 2007)
Katie began studying for a diploma in media make-up in 2006 and went on to gain representation as a creative with the agency the following year. Alongside her role as a studio manager Katie worked as a booker and then PA to Tessa before finally landing her ideal position in Social Media. Her role is to maintain and develop our status across multiple social media platforms and be the online voice for the company.
Katie continues to work as a freelance make-up artist on advertising shoots whilst she also juggles a busy home-life including running a community baby & toddler group for her daughter and renovating a house too! She certainly knows how to fill her time wisely, but admits she lives life by the phrase, Que Sera Sera, so as not to get bogged down by everyday stresses!:
After studying Art, Design and Fashion at the London College of Contemporary Arts, Georgia worked at a leading marketing agency. Taking a side step from this, Georgia joins Jessie on our Actors & Presenters desk, confidently liaising with casting directors, creative agencies and production companies.
Also an experienced Horse rider, Georgia has been competing in shows around the UK since she was 3 years old and has a beautiful horse called Monarch! In an ideal world Georgia just wants to be happy and healthy, but if a genie could grant her one wish she would love to be able to eat anything without getting fat. But then, wouldn’t we all!:
Booker - Stills
Following studies at Queen Mary University in London Sophie has spent the last 5 years as a brand ambassador and event manager. She joins the Sandra Reynolds team as a booker on the stills desk and says she is excited to be networking and building relationships with potential new clients. Her previous experience with Samsung, combined with her love for technology meant she was one of the first people in the country to be trained on new products before they were launched, and has been a representative at conferences on behalf of Sony Playstation and HTC.
Not just a techno-whizz, Sophie also speaks fluent Spanish and enjoys a good cuppa! Tea-lovers are welcome at Sandra Reynolds anytime!!:
Junior booker (joined 2016)
Sarah joined the junior booking desk following a lengthy career in radio advertising. She has two children Erin (6) and Jude (2) who she admits run her ragged but also make her laugh every day! It was her kids’ cheeky personalities that inspired her to go into a career casting child models because “meeting and working with kids is just fabulous! Children just say what they see which is admirable!” Sarah found this out first-hand when, just before a hairdresser’s appointment her daughter declared “Mummy your hair is growing black at the top…when normally it’s just yellow.” You’ve got to love the little cherubs!
As a child Sarah wanted to be a forensic scientist but unfortunately realised she detested science as she got older! Thankfully her passion for delivering exceptional customer service has lead her to team SR.:
